Searching on the left items should unfold the menu entries

Searching an element should unfold the menus (I understand that it is an accordion so one has to stay close). Wonder if we can have like a light that is displayed if there is something in the submenu ? or maybe the good model is not an accordion but some folded/unfolded divs ? My problem is that currently, we don’t understand immediately that we should unfold the entries, we think that there is nothing to display.`
