Fix dimmed out effect transition to batch upload on IE and Firefox

From the resource endpoint ID / POST, when clicking on "reference a batch" and then on "batch upload", the app goes to http://nuxeo.github.io/api-playground/#/uploads but the dimmed out effect (black page) stays until you click on something

It happens only with the latest versions of Firefox and IE, works fine with Chrome.
