Unify document and email template variables

In Studio Document and email template, you cannot access the same variables which is really disturbing from a user point of view as they seem to be very close.
An example is DocURL that is available in mails and not in documents.

Ideally there would be no difference between variables in one or another.
Why not even merge both - my guess is because there are different in nuxeo
