Add an option to filter obsolete entries

Some customers want to display only non obsolete entries in the virtual navigation tree.
Provide a new configuration option to do this filtering.

This feature needs improvements in Nuxeo platform:

• add an attribute for the extension point trees of DirectoryTreeService
• do the filtering in DirectoryTreeNode#getChildrenEntries
