Add a manual "lock" and "unlock" button

Waiting for the automatic push infrastructure, we want to add a manual lock/unlock button. Also, each time some one is saving, it should also check if a lock was operated since last save, so as to display a message: some one has locked a feature, do we will perform a full refresh of your Studio project so as to reflect the change (with only choice to click ok).
