Fix OutOfMemoryError when using bad json in registry

      Description

      Sometimes the registries loading fails because the json content is badly formed. It issues an OutOfMemoryError, problem is probably on json lib side.

      need to see if problem can be worked around in studio code or if bug is fixed in a newer version of this library
