Fix creation of document type with a name corresponding to an existing schema

It is not possible to create a "File" document type because the system automatically creates a "file" schema which is forbidden by the validation as "file" schema already exists.

If the schema exists, the system should add a suffix like _studio. and the controle should really be made on the schema name,not on the document type name.
