Add a new feature called "History Content view"

This new feature should probably be under the search and listings category. It enables to configure a content view that would be used so as to provide a custom history tab when necessary.

There should probably be more discussions on what could be configured on this content view definition. A simple first approach is just to be able to select event types and dates, and consider it is always related to the current document. Note sure of the interest of exposing something more complex here.
