Add specific header widget types

The default header layout in Nuxeo uses a widget of type "title_with_permlink".
This widget should be available on Studio, and relations action categories too (DOCUMENT_HEADER_ACTIONS_LIST + DOCUMENT_HEADER_ACTIONS_LIST_HREF)
