On complex type pre-filled layouts, add by default an empty row to enable permutations

The fact that all the widgets are already dropped is a good ergnonomy improvement, but we should be able to easily reorganize the sort.
We have two options here:

• add by default an empty line
• implement a permutation behavior : if I move a widget onto another one, instead of "deleting" the initial one, the system do a permutation.
