Fix renaming of a case or case item

Steps to reproduce:

• create a case and reference it as a container in a case item
• rename the case => it still appears with its old name in the "container types" panel

Same for case item:

• create a case item and reference it as accepted in a case
• rename the case item => it still appears with its old name in the "accepted case items" panel
