receiving 404 when trying to install new studio project

using the us presales org I created a studio project called 2024-summit-retention to test some retention usage. I validated the support packages for lmcintyre.
I tried installing locally using our usual presales docker scripts, I received a 404 when trying to download the project.
I tried the install using the nuxeo zip package. I was able to register the instance using ./nuxeoctl register, but then when I tried downloading/installing the studio package, I received a 404, package not found.

considering that the issue could have been because of the 2024 in the title, i created a project called summit-retention. I had the same outcome.

To validate it was not just me, Josh Fletcher tried the process with the 2024-summit-retention project and had the same outcome as I did.

both projects were created 10th June.
