Fix reload on workflow editor tabs

When accessing a tab on the workflow editor page, we add a `;X` suffix to the url. If we then try to reload the page (or access the suffixed url directly), there is an error alert saying the feature is missing.

We should either:

• change the way we change the url for editor tabs
• change the way we parse the url when loading the feature
