Hint editor should allow free entry for the operator field

Elasticsearch hint is an extension point in the Nuxeo Platform. Thus, a customer can implement new operators according to its needs.

The hint editor Operator field in studio is a dropdown list that doesn't for custom values. This is quite an unfortunate limitation.

It should be text field with a dropdown helper like the Analyzer field.
