Replace Nuxeo Users by Internal Users

      Description

      • Internal Users should not have access to every Project or be able to publish public packages on Marketplace, we should create a dedicated group instead (PublicPublishers ?), managed by PowerUsers (See NXS-6971 for how they can manage this group in the Connect Dashboard UI)
      • Internal User’s role should not be given automatically (except in ConnectUserResolver)
      • In ConnectUserResolver, add users to InternalUsers group instead of setting the Company field
      • Internal Users should be out of all quotas
      • Internal Users can access restricted Target Platforms
      • Stop redirecting internal users to backoffice
      • Add a button on "My Studio Projects" page to "Access my sandbox", if it does not exist yet, it is created (remove automatic creation)
