In Designer datapicker does not display its labels

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new document type, like MyDoc, with 2 fields, "Field1" and "Field2" (the types of the fields should be data)
      2. Go to Designer and scaffold the layouts
      3. Open the Create layout : see Field1 and Field2 have no labels, Designer just draws a blank rectangle.
