Connect: Search bars on sub-pages differ from each other

Steps:

1. Go to the Connect site
2. Go to: Distributions, Account Management, and Studio Projects Administration, and compare the search bars

Expected result:

The design is consistent across sub-pages.

Actual result:

The search bars differ from each other (different placeholders and icons, see screenshots). Also, some of them work incrementally, and in some you have to press "Search".
