When a user is assigned the Studio support package for the first time, the Base Maintenance package must be assigned to the user too, this is not happening in the new Account Management UI.
This is a pain as it force us, the support team to go the the Connect JSF UI and add it manually. And it will be a pain when the client is doing it, they have to contact us as new users are unable e.g. to register a Nuxeo instance with nuxeoctl register.
