      Steps:

      1. Go to the Marketplace
      2. Log in as a Connect subscriber
      3. Scroll down and click “Add your package to the Marketplace”

      Expected result:

      All fields of the form contain a help message.

      Actual result:

      Only two fields contain a help message (question marks). The help for "Subscription Required", "Additional Subscription" and "Supported" is missing.
