Project edit page: "Open in Studio" button looks inactive

Steps:

1. Go to the Connect site
2. Click "My Studio Projects" in the side menu
3. Click the name of any project (or the "Edit" button)
4. Pay attention to the "Open in Studio" button

Expected result:

The "Open in Studio" button looks active (is blue).

Actual result:

The button looks inactive (is gray) despite being active (see the attachment).
