Improve Account Management UI

Global

• Users / Groups / Services dashboard data in some column are takin too much space
• Fix duplicated scrollbars bug on lists when there is too many elements
• Add loader on all views
• Show entries number all tables

Service Dashboard

• Update service edition
  • Admin/PowerUser => type, name, start date, end date
  • OrgAdmin => name
• Modify columns width
  • Increase name column width
  • Decrease type, start date and end date columns width
• Change sorting:
  1. Service valid
  2. Service end date ( Ex: 2015 or 2024 => 2024 first )
  3. Service name

• Change column valid to Status
• Columns start date and end date should use browser language
• Use badges with color for type column
• Reduce font size of projects
• Remove description in service creation / edition

Service View

• Remove description if use
• Add service edition, same as the one on Servie Dashboard
• Display type, start date, end date, valid, seats ( seats  should be on the same line as the title of the Members table )

Org View

• Add above all tabulations ConnectClient.clientName + ConnectClient.orgId. They should be different, like one bold and the other one not.
• Remove all orgId on every views
