Acceptance Criteria # Username Anonymization: Ensure that no personal data is being collected by Pendo and that customer user names/ IDs are being anonymized . Visitor ID sent to Pendo cannot be traced back to an individual username. Required anonymization technique: CryptoJS.SHA256.

1. URL Sanitization: Ensure that any URL sent to Pendo is cleaned/sanitized prior to sending in order to not collect any personal data 
2. Data Sharing with Pendo: Capability to prevent any data from being sent to Pendo by adding configuration to disable/ enable Pendo
3. Customer to Account Data Mapping: The data collected of users needs to be mapped to an account name and that account name/ ID should be consistent for any data being collected for users associated to that customer 
4. Account ID: The Account ID will be either a customer name, or an ID that is also used in Salesforce, so that a customer name can be derived from the ID.
5. Enable Pendo Guides: Ensure that the ability to create and use Guides via Pendo is enabled in the installed Pendo code
6. Pendo Code on all Product Pages: Both the install script and the initialize code must be present on all pages of a given Hyland product or application
