Fix Jira access when granting the Support service

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Account Management
      2. Affect a user to the Support service
      3. Observe in the backend that the user has been added to the Support service document => correct
      4. But the user has not been added to the group Okta Jira and therefore the Jira app is not added to the Okta profile

      Expected behavior: adding a user to the Support service adds the user to the "Okta Jira" group in Nuxeo Connect
