LTS 2023 release, all Connect assets should be completely functional in a Cloud deployment

Add new/remove features if need be, clarify process where relevant 

This should include 

• Connect 
• Studio

• BDE 
• CLI
• Other tasks such as trial, sudo

Ideally, the most critical elements should be tested against a Cloud env -> Those marked 'wave 2' will be created mate feb and may be useful, adding a studio project for example.
