Partner visibility

Context:

This partner Coexya, important new add on:

Make Coexya Premier partner if not already and include in list of partners in the left hand filter menu visible by default 

Also, what we want is to be able to corelate the mp_partner vocabulary order with the actual display order of the partners on the marketplace
