Display a visible error when the project version does not exist

      Description

      When the Studio project target version does not exist (may happen when project is not registered correctly, or when target platform is not registered correctly), it defaults on 5.4.2 in the interface.
      An alert should be shown instead, and the unknown target platform should be displayed in selector in project settings.
