Fix duplicate 'Domain' entry in Container Types of new document type

How to reproduce:

• create a new document type Doc1 extending Nothing
• add document type Domain to Container Types
• click Save button to save the document type

Expected result: a single entry Domain is added to the Container Types list
Actual result: 2 entrries Domain are added to the Container Types list
