Don't expose to user the notion of "UI" or "Event" kind of chain

When creating a new automation chain, user should not choose any type. That means that we expose all of the operations to him, including UI, any time.
Additionnaly, we add a new validation on event handlers to check that there is no operations of the UI category that are used in the bound chain
