Unable to add predicate/aggregate based on video frameRate in Studio

When creating a page provider in studio, frameRate does not show as an option when adding predicate/aggregate

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Studio, create new page provider or modify existing
2. Add a predicate or aggregate
3. Select Edit binding
4. Choose the video schema
5. Expand info

Expected Results: frameRate shows as an option under info
Actual Results: frameRate does not show as an option
