Move seats display on Organization details page

Following NXS-6161, to get current seats count for each org we need to load resolve every contact of each orgs as a NuxeoPrincipal which is very time consuming.

In order to reduce load on account management page we want to move orgs seats to account management org details page.

It should be display above of the services list (see attached screeshot)
