Add nuxeo-webui as dependency on new projects

We used to have the UI set by default when a prospect asks for a new project, months and months ago. It is gone (for months but I’m mentioning it only now ).

So, when creating a new, blank, project it would be very cool to add nuxeo-web-ui by default, since we can assume most, if not all, trials and new projects will need a UI (very very few want to run faceless, with only APIs).

This avoids:

• Having the alert "you need to install a UI" when you quickly test a new project and deploys it in a server
• Having to add it. This is not a bg deal but it is very nice for customers
