Add a "Case Item" feature

The Case Item feature should still have the label "Documents", but some configuration parameters are not available:

• Category
• Default view
• Accepted children

• Container types lists all the contributed Case types

• List of facets should be :
  Document is versionable
  Downlaodable
  Document can be commented
  HasRelatedText
