Display loading while processing trial validation

Currently, there is no loading info and the request take a while, it encourage the user to click several times on the START YOUR FREE TRIAL button.

We need a loading like the one we have when creating a registration request.

Create/fix other registration issues :

• the form is too long and get over the footer (see attached screenshot)
• error messages from server are not displayed correctly
