Update CMF branding configuration

      Description

      The CMF branding has changed => it needs to be updated and its code upgraded to use helpers that have been made for the DM theme (presets contributed from json files for instance).
      To check also with Lise.

      The Branding feature should allow to edit only one Theme as other ones won't be usable ( no per domain configuration in CMF currently)
