Clean up the generated Designer catalog

      Description

      The Designer catalog has now twice the size it had a couple of months ago. It seems that we are packaging the catalog with all the plugins folder of Web UI. 

      We should remove the plugins folder to save up space (and this folder is not required for the layout editor).
