Refactor the "New Document type" Screen

There should be :

1. Feature ID
2. Extends your document from:
   • A file
     #*A Folder
     #*Nothing
     #*Advanced (and list of all types)
     #*When the user selects "file" we display the folowing help text (inherit from File if you want to design a document that aims at holding a file, with different metadata, with a different icon, lifecycle, ...)
     #*When the user selects "folder", we display the following help text(inherit from Folder if you want to create a custom Folder with some different icons, metadata, allowed content types...)
