Configuring the connection

Context:  

In order for the build to be triggered, a connection has to be created.
Merge in selected common branch triggers the hook

To Do:

• Create an interface where I can select the relevant CI job that I want to be triggered 
• HookConfiguration should have a name ( used as key suffix for UIDSequencer )
• Configure authentication (url, username/password)
• Button to test connection
• When an HookConfiguraition is created, we need to create the WebHooks folder ( Florian )
• Configure formats for any incoming/outgoing information 
• Manage error scenarios

AC :

I can configure a connection to Professional Services CI job  

That allows me to 

• Trigger a build ( create new build/event document )
• Test connection
• Select triggers on
  • Studio common branch name => select box
• A snippet of the selected branch maven GAV is available for copy
