Try to reproduce lock issue on a local environment

In order to continue the investigation on the lock issue on production, there is a branch (https://github.com/nuxeo/nos/tree/fix-NXS-6429-git-repo-deletion) with a test reproducing the lock issue.

We must configure an EC2 instance with EFS to run the test. Using the builder image will help having all the build tools required to run the test. We can use the UAT environment for that:

• run a container with the builder image
• fetch the branch and run the test
