Filter snapshots when checking newer version of a dependency

In the application definition page, for each dependency package, there is a check to determine if a newer version of the package exists. If there is a snapshot for a package, it is considered as a newer version but we should only rely on released versions.

Need investigation to identify if:

• clicking "save" update the dependency?
• can select a new snapshot version?
