add a "Or create a new one" section in the popup that enables to select a lifecycle.

The popup should be like this :

• Lifecycle defines the state that your document can take.
• One button : "Define a new lifecycle": if the user clicks, it save the document and redirects him to the lifecycle editor (back button should work)
• Then the text : or select an already defined one:
• List of lifecycle states
• Buttons : Cancel, Select
