Es Mapping Fix - Empty JSON field

Context:

When I create a feature from the ES mapping page, select a variable, but assign no auto or manual mapping, it still saves a feature.
When I generate the JSON, I get a variable with an empty JSON entry.
This does not conform to ES Mapping syntax. 

To Do:

Variables without mapping should not generate an empty field, they should not be included in the JSON file.
