Es Mapping Fix - Manual and Not Configured

Context:

When I create a ES mapping entry from the ES mapping page, and I do not select an item to map, but enter a 'manual mapping' it saves the feature. As both 'Manual' and 'Not Configured'.
This then generates a 500 error.  

To Do:

When a feature does not have an associated variable, it should not be saved in the list.
