Es Mapping Fix - Multilayer Panel

Context:

The Multilayer panel does not display 'Es Mapping' 

This also prevents testing around ML and override behaviours 

To Do

Add 'Es Mapping' in the dependency panel, as per other sections 

Conduct a range of ML checks, including

• Override
• Adding a feature in error via dependencies
• Overriding a feature in error
