Workspace cluster wise invalidation

As of today, when invalidating a project workspace on Studio is not cluster wise, and only invalidate the workspaces on the current node.

We need to improve the invalidation to rely on a pub/sub mechanism (like Cache invalidation) to invalidate workspaces on all nodes.
