jenkins-x trigger pipeline container image unavailaible

We lost the image in gcr while cleaning up the repositories. We should provision a new image built by https://github.com/nuxeo/nos-jx-trigger-pipeline and configure the tekton task for running in https://github.com/nuxeo/nos-jx-make.d/blob/master/tekton/tasks/jenkins-trigger.yaml
