Investigation - Mp-install bug nuxeo-dam mapping missing

Context:

Often, when a package needs to be installed, an error appears 
"nuxeo-dam mapping missing"

Blocking mp-install 

-> also seen on Damon's dev tool

-> Other instances 

-> No clear pattern  

Not mp-update, mp-reset, mp-purge, not removing the nuxeo-dam bundle resolve this issue
