Missing link on "Application Templates"

      Description

      1. Go to "Application templates - Browse templates".

      2. The help message says: "Note: you can click on the "Details" link to see more about the features that come with the template.".

      3. But I see no "Details" links in the page.

      4. And actually I don't understand how to import the templates anyway.
