Multi-layer Small visual changes following 4.6 release

To Do:

1. Spinner: the spinner on the Dependencies panel should be centred and about 40px below the title bar

2. 'Layouts from dependencies': Add a capital D on word dependencies: "Layouts from Dependencies"

3. 'Layouts from dependencies': features still have the 'Configure X' in the top right which links back to the modeller and creates an error, they should behave as per the built-in features

4. In App Def

Package Dependencies : (@ 1300px width) Long package names spill-over, (@1200px Description also)

=> There should always be space between the text and the edge of the block for Package Dependencies and Description from at least 1300px
