ES Mapping - Create Elasticsearch Mapping Page

Context :

Users need a single place to regroup different mapping elements, and from which to generate their custom mapping file. 

To Do: 

• Create Elasticsearch Mapping page

> use standard studio formatting and icons, but get as close as possible to the designs 

AC :

I can see a new 'Search' menu item, under which list 'Page Provider' and 'Elasticsearch Mapping' as per designs

• The features are listed 

When I navigate to the Elasticsearch Mapping page I should see for each item: (edit/create deleted)

• Name
• Type of indexing applied
• An icon to delete
• a Label 'Manual', 'Not configured' where appropriate  

The entire box area should be clickable and link to the feature page 

There is a link at the top of the page, as per designs, to a suitable doc page 

If 'Manual' label appears, 'Type' and  'Indexing' are not present 

 If items have a 'JSON error' an alert dot should appear on the 'Elasticsearch Mapping' menu item as normal
