Error message for Element linked but not in resources

      Description

      Context:

      In this project, I've linked to a layout that isn't in Resources (It's a multilayer project)

      I get a create layout proposed, that then loads infinitely

      Suggestion:

      Could an error message along the lines of 

      "Layout contains element from outside local resources will not be displayed"

      Note:

      This works just fine on the instance
